Questions about getting in touch

Why is there no contact form?
On purpose. We’d rather talk to you than collect form data. Calls, texts and emails reach HeatLand directly, and the website keeps no record.
Does HeatLand charge to check my rebates?
No charge. HeatLand will talk through your rebate options for free, and estimates on new equipment are free and no-obligation.
Will you handle the rebate paperwork?
You submit the claim yourself, but HeatLand helps with the CleanBC and utility paperwork for its customers and completes the contractor’s commissioning records on install day.
Do you help outside Metro Vancouver?
HeatLand works across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, North Vancouver, West Vancouver. Homeowners elsewhere in BC can still call, text or email with rebate questions.
What information helps most?
Your city, the age of your furnace or water heater, what you’d like to upgrade, and whether you might be income-qualified. A photo of the equipment label speeds things up.
